a friend of mine has a Le-Mans IV that has been modified by magni with a parallelogram swingarm like in the pic as well as a host of other changes. A few years ago he went to magni to buy trhe special bearings for that arm, Magni was still in the shop, nice to customers as ever, but already ill.
I happen to know also the PO who brought the stock bike all the way from israel to Magni some 20 years ago to have it modified. Magni found him a nice room to stay while they where bolting it together and he rode back home with the modified bike....
He was a smart and sensitive guy and not just a tough racing director, in a recent interview he said he count himself lucky because: "many clients become close friends and that makes me feel surrounded by a big family that grows every time a new model sees the light of the day"
