cb 500/550 transmission counter shaft gear assembly

so i have problem putting my gears back to counter shaft. so i have problem how this bush (pic1 and 2) go to counter shafts low gear?. does it go like in pic 3 or like in pic 4?

sorry bad english ;D ::)
I really appreciate if someone could reply on this.

1st gear c/s should have a dimpled bushing pressed in. The bush you show doesn't work there.

That bush dimpled inside and it has oil holes. And  that bush go to 1 gear but if i but that i dont know which way that bush go to gear.

Sorry kranta, I don't have a 500 gearbox to check. If it indeed the 1st gear runs on that bush then try it in one direction and engage the sliding gear to see how far the engagement dogs enter the "slots" in the 1st gear. The shoulder on the bush may prevent full engagement....or not.

is the"re no vear marks on the kounter parts??
..often it is blanked/veared, of the moving parts,,and the diameter is kleary to be seen.as a vear marking ..make the metal brighter

.try to make a personly note to dave 500,,he is holding a rest from forum...but i have often kontakt to him use p-m.
