Hi,
I am finishing the bike. Now I "only" need to fix the electrics but I have a problem. I have a piece that I don´t have idea what is it for and how connect it.

Typically mounts inside the left fork ear behind the headlight. "Beeps" when the turn signal is on. Mine was non functional and was eliminated a long time ago.

Yep. I remove them first thing on a new (to me) 550. Annoying as hell and completely unnecessary IMHO. others like em. Either way, up to you.

I'm not real familiar with the smaller bikes, primarily just the 750's, but the buzzers I am familiar with only have two wires while yours has four. Maybe a 550 guru can chime in?

That's not a turn signal beeper. If it was then it would look like a tiny speaker, and as madmtnmotors said it would only have 2 wires instead of 4.

The rubber mount on the one that grisu posted is different too. What the heck is that?

what are the exact wire colors, please?

If not a solenoid, then what do you think it is? If you don't know, then why reject a suggestion that accounts for a 4 wire device (theres not many on a CB ((key switch or solenoid are the 2 most common that I know of)) that fits within the stock rubber mounting grommet? Especially when that grommet will then in turn plug to the side cover electrical panel perfectly?

Do you have a solenoid on the bike already?

That is definitely an odd item. The casing looks like some sort of relay or solenoid, and the bullet connectors look like factory connectors...

maybe from a completely different motorcycle? Anyone ever seen a turn signal relay with a "pigtail"?

Is there any markings on the casing at all?

I'm still sticking with solenoid, but from a non-CB. Notice the wire colors: GRN, RED, BLK, R/BLK? Those are almost exactly the same for late model 550s. Now I grant you, the absence of the "studs" is concerning, but given the OP provided ZERO detail on his bike, I'm still going with my gut. (Kind of have to really, it precedes me by several steps anywhere I go...)

I vote for fetzer valve bypass line.  I'm going to need some pliers and a set of 30-weight ball bearings.  It's all ball bearings now days!

The absence of the "studs" seems to rule out starter solenoid, since the wire gauges don't look like they would support the amperage of the starter draw. Maybe a relay for the headlight circuit? If a halogen or HID headlight bulb were used it might have been an effort to take the load off the switches...

Bust out the ohmmeter and start testing continuity across connections.

+1, and it is from another kind of bike than Honda...check op's coils out, not from an sohc4 either...Grisu, you sir, appear to have a Frankenbike

I have seem some coils for sale like that labeled for the cb's. But im pretty sure they're more or less a universal 5ish ohm coil that will fit/work on many era jap bikes.
