Disassembling a Rickman Fork
« on: December 07, 2015, 02:38:31 AM »
Hi,

I’m disassembling my Rickman Honda fork. It’s a little rare 41,28mm fork and it was made by the Spanish Betor.
Well, I want to change the bearings and the oil but it’s difficult to disassemble completely and I can’t remove the stanchion from the fork slider.
I just unscrew the locknut N°16. I don’t dare to force. Perhaps a special tool is necessary for that.
Who knows how to restore this forks?
