This is the easiest thing and I don't know why no ever brings it up. Get a front end from a 77 or 78 Supersport. Easiest swap there is. No alignment to do and those calipers stop better than the floating ones.

Does anyone have a good way to get the "reverse flair" fitting out of an earlier 750 caliper? If I'm right, this fitting needs to be pulled out and re installed in the hole where the bleeder USED to be in the REPLACEMENT caliper for the RIGHT side.
So far, I have been unsuccessful using a cut off finish nail.
