1977 Honda 750F Supersport Paint
« on: February 12, 2016, 12:50:14 PM »
Looking at painting my 1977 Honda 750F Supersport Tank, Side Covers and Rear Seat Cowl.
I believe the color is called "Presto Red".
Anyone know the Paint Code?

It ain't that easy. Honda didn't use paint codes per se and as the part 'Candy' says they were usually a 3 step process with silver base, tint and clear.

Thanks for the reply. I see the Three Step Process. I found Candy Presto Red
Paint Code: R8. Available at VMR Paints Inc.

I can say there is somewhat of a 'paint code' but it's for original HONDA paint. My Candy Sapphire Blue uses 'Candytone Blue PB-3C' Honda part # 08701-99906
