Bill, myself, and Trey are done for today. Frank and Mike are on to round three. Bill went to slow while Trey and I both went two tenths too fast. Mine bogged off the line in round one so my dial was iffy. Ran a full second quicker in round two...

Frank is running 10.6x, Bill has been trying to run with his air shifter hooked up backwards.

I bogged off the line in round one, ran 14.64, dialed a 13.81 for round two, had a good launch and ran 13.64... go figure. Need more practice!

My RT's are pretty good (IMHO) ranging from .20 on my first practice run this morning to .120, then .077, then .019. Frank beat me (again) on the RT contingency money with a .017.

Thanks for the posts Wilbur. I promised to do updates today but got so dang busy running in numerous directions, I simply didn't have time to pick up my cell to post on here. Although the bike isn't running as strong as it usually does, I was able to dial a conservative number and make rounds. Unfortunately, I started experiencing symptoms of a migraine prior to round 5 that impacted me in a negative way. In hind sight, I should have reacted to it a lot sooner by medicating myself. No doubt it affected my ability to focus but I did my best which ended in a red light start, ending my day in the semi's - the final 4 bikes. Tomorrow is a new day with another chance to earn points. I really didn't have a lot of time to check on the rest of the guys on a regular basis but several made rounds. By the way, I typically use the first round of eliminations to " find red". This allows me to know how hard I can push the tree in actual competition. On the other hand, it wasn't my intention to"push the tree" in the semi's

Frank is the only one to advance to round three today. My .004 red finished my day in round two. After giving up .11 on the line in round one (.140 to .030) to a .120 loss, I was a little too determined to cut a better light.

Need...more...practice...

Well, I finally made it in the 10's! Won rd one. Lost in Rd 2 to Joey Gladstone. Lost on a double breakout.I got him off the line, .040 to his .056. Chopped the throttle, took off at least a .1 and 5 mph! Still beat him to the line by .096! Lol Several personal bests for me, Wilbur, Trey and Frank beating Joey was the coolest! I want to thank all of you that helped. No doubt Cobra Girl can do lots better..and will!
More later, we're having big fun, wish you all were here with us. Should have left the 10.80 dial in from round one, oh well.
