Glad to see you hit your goals for a solid 10 second run. Now, the plug you showed above, did you ride the bike back from the shut down and pull the plugs? If so, those plugs are JUNK for reading jetting!! And I mean JJUUNNKK!! You must put new plugs in, fire it up, burn out, make the run, and shut it off when you chop the throttle at the strip, tow it back, then pull the plugs for inspection. Anything else just wasting time. You want the plug to have a very light tan or grey circle at the bottom of the porcelein where it meets the outer metal shell and look like it was never even run in the first place. If you saw a plug from my engine after 1 or maybe 2 runs on nitrous, you would think I would melt the pistons, it's that clean.
