I'd be looking to down grade the suspension to make it softer on my arse. Never could understand hard seats if the bike is ridden at all.

It's actually surprisingly comfortable, also I'm a furniture designer by trade so it was an obvious choice.   You should try it sometime,  it is a lot cooler on a hot day than a fake leather and foam one.

My 62 year old ass has no meat left in it, have that disease "Noassatall". I wouldn't last 10 minutes riding on a hard board.

I got plenty of ass ;)...and still believe that hard ass wood has no place in motorcycles, especially for the seat.

Just an update,  I received my custom spokes from Buchanon and they laced up perfectly.  No issues with bounding or bowing.
