Seeing as we yanks are mostly a lazy bunch, if you posted the exchange rate for Kroner (since I'm too lazy too look it up) then we'd know what 80,000 kroner is in the US. I've bought trucks for as low as $1800 (1960 Chevy Apache, needed a little work), but for an old but decent runner $5-8K (depending on where you are, depending on the truck) is reasonable. If you want to buy a truck and import it, the places you should consider first as sources are Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Colorado, and Utah -- dry climates, no rust. AZ, NM, and CO have some economically downtrodden places where deals can be had. You might also want to consider buying something and getting it fixed up before you ship it, that would certainly be cheaper as well. Good luck, Happy Xmas.

Don't look on Ebay. Look on local craigslist sites for AZ, CO, NM...

Stringbean, consider trading one of your bikes for a car/truck.  I recently did this, as I had way too many bikes, but no 4 wheeled friend for winter, and it really worked out as a win/win situation.  The truck that you posted is considered a classic here in the U.S. and commands pretty strong values.  If you found something similar from about '74 to '80, it is mechanically similar, but you would save thousands.
If it works good, it looks good...
