Wire in Australia
« on: December 31, 2015, 09:39:24 PM »
Hi

I am looking at building a CB400 wiring harness as I am moving some of the electronics and loom is old.

I have found where in the states to get the plugs and connectors.

I was hoping to get the wire in Australia. Can anyone recommend someone who is able to sell me small quantities of various different colored wires including some with tracer colors?

If it were me I'd get a new one from yamiya -
http://www.yamiya750.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=179_274_204_240&products_id=2934

$180 aud and the quality is first class.
Chasing the individual components might prove to be frustrating and more costly than you plan for.

**edit - read your post again, wire should be available from most auto electrical parts suppliers.?

Sounds like you want a custom made harness. Do you know anyone with a car they're wrecking. If you can get hold of wiring from a jap wreck you will most likely find all you need.
