F sumps have more finning.. trimming a fin or two should not hurt, or change to an earlier sump..

I'm not at all. Every time I fix one thing, I find something else messed up. I was out doing a test ride and I was riding it hard - reaching 100 mph a few times. When I got home I noticed that a lot of oil was leaking from my bike. Apparently, the crankcase had cracks around the 2 oil gallery caps under that I didn't see until the engine was put under serious load. I replaced them and they still leaked. It wouldn't seal. So I just bought a new case off of eBay that should be here early next week. Then I'll take another shot at it. It's really frustrating!
