Got a bit of a SoCal vibe to it. Dig it!

I was sitting next to my gf as I scrolled through this thread... that is her favorite color.  I didnt even know she was watching my screen but I got a very loud "AWEEE PAINT YOURS LIKE THAAAAAT"

I feel like my "black and brushed metal is pretty too" argument isnt going to work...
If you can't fix it with a hammer, it's an electrical problem... If it's an electrical problem, it's Cal's problem.

Blac - The color was a HUGE hit with women at the Handbuilt show. It remains a hit with any woman that sees it!

CityScaped- Thank you! Makes all the late nights and weekends worth it!

Godffrey - It does have kind of a SoCal vibe to it. That wasn't the plan... But it kind ended up that way. The colors were more inspired by vintage appliances like refrigerators and mixers.

I keep coming back and looking at this bike and noticing the smaller touches. I originally saw the tab you welded on for the Bates style light but it wasn't until this morning that I really looked at the light on the finished bike and how it's just floating there. I also love how you kept the side covers instead of relocating everything under the hump and painted the covers a darker cover. They just disappear.

Eric - Thanks for the kind words! The customer was VERY happy with how the bike turned out.

River - There are tons of small improvements on this bike that really make it a beautiful bike.  Thank you for noticing. I will be getting some professional pictures taken soon hopefully

So I was waiting to release all the completed pictures until someone picked up the build on the interwebs. So Bike EXIF ended up picking up the build. They just posted, so now I can drop some of my own! Tell me what you think!

Stunning bike!  Did a similar color on a cb360.  Got the color codes from a 64-66 c10 truck

innovativems - Thanks! I dig your CB360! The color on this one was a custom mix. The pictures don't really show it, but the side covers and wheels actually match. The wheels have a bit more black in it than the side covers.

The color reminds me of my buddy Micah Vince's old truck. He was on a different episode of Wrench Against building an Indian Scout.

Palepainter - Thanks a lot!

CB750 Cafe Racer Fan - Thanks! I think I know the truck you are talking about. I was inspired by the 50's on this paint scheme and still remain stuck in those color pallets. I think the next build will be more industrial 50's.

Bill440cars - Thanks! I will post my next build as well.

That first picture is my favorite. Just really like the light. Haven't stared at this bike in a bit but really love the line from the top of the tank to the back of the seat. Also love the polished brake face on the rear and the sharp contrast with the black hubs. It's really a #$%*in' bike Justin.

Get the 550 done. I think I'm finally gonna make it to the show. Would love to see your build in person.

I have to agree with everyone else.  Simply Stunning.
I also mounted some supernova LEDs in the rear frame rails.  Brilliant trick with the front signals under the tank.

Here is the final finish on that modified lower triple with the pedestal mount.

I also added some tapered stem bearings from All Balls Racing.

I was wondering how you mounted that headlight.   You interested in doing up another bottom tree?  I would like to run the same setup.  No ears is a good look IMO.  Those dang things just cause your forks to rust.
