Don't know if this has been posted before but I found a year old Motocycle Classics mag and found this great little article on syncing the carbs on a CB350F. There are always those that are new to these bikes and are daunted by syncing four carbs. This explains it very celarly and simply.

The best thing you can do is calibrate or match the 4 gauges prior to installation of the tooling. All it takes is a manifold (3 small T fittings from any auto store)and a syringe. Suck from all 4 at the same time and they should read the same, if not adjust them to match with a screwdriver etc.
