Air cooled temperature gauge
« on: January 08, 2016, 08:38:32 AM »
At one point I had a bike with a Vapor electronic speedo/tach/temperature gauge/etc on it. This particular model had a ring that went underneath a spark plug and connected to the unit via a wire that served as the sensor for the temperature gauge. Does such a thing exist as a stand-alone device?
If it's worth doing, it's worth doing twice.

I'd have to look it up but I would imagine so. My wifes cousin used to race gokarts and his used a stand alone temp gauge on his that used the ring under a spark plug as you mentioned.
