Koso speedometer/rev counter
« on: January 10, 2016, 01:49:13 PM »
Hi guys, i have a stupid question for you. Is it possible to buy a Koso digital speedometer/rev counter and get it to work? The speedsignal comes from magnets and a pickup. But how to do with the rev counter?
Is it connected to a plugwire? How to do?

Koso offer a number of options for triggering the tachometer either from the HT leads or from the coil low tension connections. If these prove unsuitable they also have an adaptor which will amplify these pulses and convert them to a square wave form ideal for the tachometer.
