Finally found somebody to do zinc plating on my fasteners etc.   I took 3 bikes worth of fasteners, brackets, carb clamps, axles etc. etc. etc. as well as 10 years worth of extra nuts, bolts and washers to them.    One week later and $75 I have 20-30lbs of bright shiney zinc plated parts.  There's nothing like putting a bike back together with nice shiney clean parts.   I feel like a kid at Christmas.   Photos to come.

For you guys in the DFW area:   Arrow Plating   3129 May St.  Ft.Worth TX 76110    817-927-5362

They do barrel plating (basically everything is thrown in a barrel and tumbled until it's beautiful)
They also do rack plating which was necessary for the longer parts like the brake arm etc.

They even organized them somewhat when I went to pick things up.   Gonna sort them all out tonight with a beer or 4.
Yep, I'm the kid that figured out how to put things back together...eventually.
