Topic: 78 750k rear axel spacer/collar

Can someone show me a photo, and some dimensions to part #8 on the link below? I have a '78 cb750k, but I'm building a rigid frame chopper. Bought some comstar wheels, and I now realize that there are differences between parts on a drum brake wheel and a disc brake wheel. I have access to a lathe, and should be able to turn what I need, if I have some dimensions. To the nearest thousandth, please.
