The bolt at the MC is only tightened enough to compress the crush washer. Go easy and avoid over-tightening it as once it's crushed, it's done.
The same is true at the caliper. You are screwing steel into aluminum. Steel is much harder than aluminum, and you run the risk of stripping/tearing the threads out of the caliper. Both of these fittings are "squish tight". If during the bleeding process you notice weeping fluid, a gentle further snug is fine. But don't ham-fist these connections.
