Sorry if this is a dumb question...
I just finished cleaning/hanging carbs on my cb750k4. Still working on tuning/jetting. This time the bike is running really nice. One problem it idles high even when idle adjuster is all the way unscrewed. It looks like the #1 carb, atop of the cap, the slide cap isn't seated all the way. If I press down on the this cap idle drops. This is hard to explain so I'm posting a pic to show where I am pushing down with a flat head screw driver. Any advice on adjustment/fix.
