Stunning Bike on ebay
« on: January 22, 2016, 04:19:16 PM »
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Honda-CB-/262248319538?forcerrptr=true&hash=item3d0f37ca32:g:AJ8AAOSwKtlWnbUS&item=262248319538

We all see customs which defy logic on a regular basis.  I am always on the lookout for bikes which catch the eye; how these bikes have escaped me thus far is hard to believe.

The level of insecurity one needs to buy/ride one of these "BarHopper Bobber HONDA rat bike CHOPPER boardtracker W/ harley wheels" is obviously high.

All I can say is, wow.

I am sorry, motorcycles first goal should be to function well as a motorcycle. The better it works, the better of a bike it is. This creation fails massively.

$8k is about the minimum I would accept to be seen sitting on one of those.

Check out the travel on the front end...I'd bet the tire locks up on the tree when the front brake is applied ,or a pothole is hit. Imagine the riders surprise when that front wheel starts to skid.
The burn-both-yer-legs exhaust, can only insure a deafening short ride ultimately searching for the nearest water source to pour on flaming jeans.
Life is too short already , why try to make it even shorter on a gem like this.
Like it isn't bad enough when cars don't see you  and you have close calls....shoot, they'll all be aiming for that machine.
I think , if you really like this style ,you should build one for yourself , and if you stop riding it , never sell it,  immediately destroy it so you aren't responsible for someone else's life.

Yard Art!  ;D

I can't tell what they are selling in the ad. Is it a kit? Looks like many bikes in the pics.

I wanna see a pic of someone sitting on it.

Has to make for an interesting riding position...if you can even reach the bars.

I particularly like the no front fender and then a fender on the rear that's about an inch from the ground and runs 2/3 of the tire.

Have to wear proper gear to ride one of these :-[ Googling loosespokz turned up a lot of images. Pressed steel frame CM450 is an interesting choice to base a custom bike business on. Some of these actually have flat slide carbs on them!? Far from my cup of tea but if he's making money on this, well, more power to him.

Even more horrifying than the sight of these godawful, butt-ugly pieces of crap is the thought that someone might actually pay perfectly good money for one of them! :o

I weep for the CBs that were sacrificed to make these atrocities! :'(
