Ruby, My new 1970 CB750

I hope that I don't screw the picture up. My plan is to restore this bike to near original condition. Some obvious things that I will have to change, a repaint, 4 into 4 mufflers, an air box, correct headlight ears, small reflectors, correct shocks, a center stand, an 18 inch rear wheel.

There's a 16 inch wheel on the back with a chrome swing arm with a chrome chain guard. I'll probably swap those out too.

The motor seems to be OK. This Spring I'll take it out and see how I like the 16 inch wheel. It used to be a stretch to get my feet flat on the ground at 5'9". So maybe the 16 inch wheel etc. will stay

Looks good, Dick.  That bike is worthy of a good original exhaust system and an 18" rear wheel, that 16" has got to go! [been there]

You dont ride with both feet on the ground, do ya?!

Looks like a great starting point!

I may be interested in making you an offer on that swingarm and chain guard if you're looking to swap them out for originals and they're in good shape.

Is the chain guard aftermarket?
