The outer rim was polished after machining. The hi-lighted spokes were machined. As has already been stated the paint was a semi-gloss black. The Lesters do not have flats on the front to locate the speedo drive so you will either have to pin the speedo drive to the hub or cut reliefs into the back of the 2nd disk.
