Bob,

I'm glad to hear you're doing what's best for you and your family, but I'm sad to see you go.  You were one of the big reasons I became active in the community to begin with.  You're a humble, helpful, knowledgeable person, and we'd all be a lot better off if we had more of you around.  Do what's best for Bob and family, and don't be a stranger around here.

I'm with Bill....jeez Bob! Good on ya for keeping it on 2 wheels, but I'd keep the 750 for a while. It won't lose value so can be sold at a later date, or maybe you'll need it again at some point.

It won't be the same without you, good luck to you.

The best of luck to you sir. Yours was a name I remember from when I first came here (the first time)
probably 14 yrs ago. You can be proud of the fact that you helped to make this place what it is.  Life
goes on for sure, but if you do decide to sell your beloved K0, make sure it goes to a good home or,
better yet, to a forum member 8). You never know tho, the desire to ride may come back and bite you.
I'm pretty much disabled any more, but I can't let mine go yet. Just sayin' ;)

Best wishes Bob.
Thankyou for being an understanding and fair umpire
The biggest worry now is who is going  to keep  us wayward  "youths" inline.
But seriously, good luck and good health for the future mate.

Thanks for the kind words. I'm not dying, just changing direction a bit and likely not tuning in enough to be much help to Glenn. I thought sure that at least I had seen my last oil thread... wrong! You should see how the cycling crowd goes on about the best chain oil to use.  ::) At least I'm still on two wheels.  :) Still struggling with what to do about my 750, but I don't see any great rush to do anything.

Kevin, if you happen to be on HRD and see some hulk on a blue hybrid bike, it's likely me, particularly if I'm going slower than everyone else.  ;) I frequently ride between Ann Arbor and Dexter and just as on the 750, Huron River Drive is one my favorites.

Johnie, I had forgotten about the grab rail. Glad it found a good home.  ;)
We'll all be someone else's PO some day.

Goodness. Sorry to see you go. Thanks for the time you spent perusing the threads and keeping things civil. I would say it's been pretty quiet here for the last few years.

Wishing you the best. Your right Bob no rush. Like everybody has already said, just hold on to it. Good luck with going from a sohc4 to a sohc2leg. Haha!!

Thanks Bob for everything you have done here.  Pretty sure without you here the forum would have looked more like this than the nice place that it is.  You will be missed.

O yeah for the record Star Tron is the best darn fuel stabilizer there is bar none!  All you Stabil guys can shove it.

Did it work? I'm struggling to maintain my weight.  :( I definitely need to lose weight but will likely always be a Clydesdale.  ;D

Carbon Fiber seems to be the "in thing" these days for some anyway. Mine is a aluminum frame. Lots of discussion about how safe they are, but lots seem to ride them with no issues. Tend to be pricey.

I rode many miles on a large tube Cannondale in the mid 80's and liked it,also owned an Alan Italian aluminum frame bicycle w/ 'standard' size outward looking tubes(much thicker wall tubing inside)but that Alan was Way to flexible when standing on the pedals, bottom bracket moved all over the place  :o.I never owned a carbon bike,I prefer steel.

Inspiring me to get back to cycling.  I used to deliver Western Union Telegrams on an old Kabuki bike many moons ago. At the time it was a very well paying job.  Larry

All the best Bob, so glad that the reason you won't be around much is because you will spend time riding and improving your health. Nevertheless, you will probably be back on your motorcycle son. I just read a cyclist has recently been banned because they found a electric motor in the crank housing. Cyclist are already going the motorcycle way, and you are going the opposite.... :-)

You have done a great job moderating; one of the reason this fórum is as civilized as it is has been because of the job you moderators have done. Thanks for that.

Congratulations on a new beginning Bob.
Thanks for all the years of level headed babysitting.
As a cyclists and motorcyclist I vote to keep the 750.
After all, if it's got two wheels you should ride it.

Cheers
Jimmy
