Glue for seat foam or seat cover to pan
« on: February 01, 2016, 09:09:13 PM »
Hi guys with the warm weather i decided to do some work on the current mini-project my Giuliari seat. I was thinking about re-glueing the foam to the base and the cover back down to the underside of the pan. I realized I have no clue what glue to use. For other projects i have used super77 spray adhesive or contact cement but i have noticed it tends to take paint off the pan and or soften or even melt the vinyl cover.

I was wondering what other people have found to use in these situations.

3M and Permatex both have spray automotive upholstery/headliner/carpet adhesives. One of those should work.
