I bought a 17" 750A? aluminum rear wheel assembly for my drag bike project, it's got a fresh Shinko on it.
Anyway the aluminum rim shines real well in spots but there's a coating on it that needs to come off. What's the best way to remove the clear coat without taking it apart? Stripper, Scotchbrite, oven cleaner?
The 16X5" M&H is gorgeous but might be too old to use now, it looks awesome but would be a bear to turn a corner with. I'll leave it mounted up for shows or a little cackle action .
