Well done mate, it's looking good! Cheers, Terry. ;D
I was feeling sorry for myself because I couldn't afford new bike boots, until I met a man with no legs.

So I said, "Hey mate, you haven't got any bike boots you don't need, do you?"

Day 2 is done. First day was about 300 miles when it was all said and done. Bike runs great. Handling is really superb. We have a tt500 on the ride and he is limping along so we are omitting parts of the route in order to keep the mileage down and not finish his bike off before we can get home. Ducati gets an A+.

Made it back. Had a great ride. Bike ran great all three days. About the only thing I need to look into is the rear shocks. It appears that both shocks suffered seal failure. Parts for these things are nla so I guess I will see about sending them off to an actual shock rebuilder and see what they can do with them. I will post some more pics when I get time to sit in front of a computer. Thanks again for keeping me plugging away on this thing. It was worth the effort and expense. It's one of my favorite bikes.

Well done mate, that's excellent. Hey I thought about your shocks which were probably Marzocchi and probably expensive to replace, so I had a look at the Spanish Betor site, and although they don't specifically list a shock for your bike, I'm betting that the 900 Darmah ("Drama" as we used to call them.........) shocks will fit, and for $135.00 USD, are probably a bargain! Cheers, Terry. ;D
