There was a clip somewhere of a news broadcast that aired the day after a winter storm was supposed to sweep through the viewing area. However, the storm fizzled before it got there and didn't amount to much of anything.
As a segue into the weather segment, the female anchor turned to the weatherman and asked, "So, Bob where's that 8 inches you promised me last night?"
Bob was laughing so hard he could barely stand up...
