On the MPD manifolds those are bentup at 90 degrees, then a rubber mount bolts to it ahnd a braket off the carbs. It is the same as Harley rubber oil tank , or battery mount , used in 70,sir 80,s.. Arubber mount with 1/4. NC stud on each end. I think electric motor places may also have them.
