cycleX exhaust
« on: February 12, 2016, 04:56:42 PM »
I note that CycleX is offering stainless or mild steel 4 into 4 headpipes. On their website, they have a photo of a bike with those pipes and their "vanilla" ,pattern# 14 mufflers. The setup is a reasonable facsimile of stock cb 750 exhaust. In my view, the raison'etre of these machines is the sight of 4 exhausts from the back. Has anyone tried this setup?

I was looking at them yesterday, they are routed poorly at the front, look at them along side a Honda 750 with original pipes, they look like drag pipes botched up to take 4 Honda looking mufflers....

They look alright. They're kind of the only ones in the game doing that unless you want to shell out $1200 for this set.

I looked at the Benjy setup. It doesn't look like the centerstand can be used.
