Let me know if it gets down towards Southern California!

PZ will be. I'm on the Central Coast and we will be riding all around.

The 20th it is.  So that would have us meeting on the 21st in Redding.  Just let me know where you want to meet and that sounds like a good plan.

OK, I'll plan on it.  The Sundial Bridge looks interesting.

Sundial Bridge it is.  If anyone else wants to join let us know

I'm hoping Sean will be able to bring him by to Whiting sometime this summer. I can possibly bring him down to Lafayette/Brookston...

Next rider interested just needs to get in touch with me or reply to this thread.  I am not planning any trips outside of California on Dash until 2017 where I will ship him to New Jersey and then ride from East coast to back to West (but I assume you want PZ before next year  :))
If no one wants to claim him before August I plan to take him to Alps (Austria, Italy, Switzerland) on a Honda NC700  :o (at least it is still a Honda).

So it seems like this year we really don't have a rally per-se, rather PZ is flying to members who then take on trips.

If that is the case I would like him so that I can bring him up to Wisconsin fro Rockerbox next weekend (6/11) then to Motoblot here in Chicago two weeks after that.

Congrats Greg and Mooshie!  Good to hear PZ is on the move.  What's your plans for PZ's sight seeing while you are hosting him Mooshie?  You did lock your liquor cabinet, right...I hear PZ likes to raid it at night.

My plan was to take him to the Alps with me in August but it seems others want him so I will ship PZ off once I get an address
On a related note I think Greg deserves a medal for riding from Idaho to CA just so he DIDN'T have to be the one who shipped PZ.  Ha ha.

You deserve one yourself.  I got to ride the wide open spaces, much of it above 4 or 5 thousand feet, so at least it was a little cooler. You had to put up with CA traffic along with the heat and humidity.  Thanks for riding up to meet me. It was great to finally meet you in person too.

I'll get some photos up on the other thread.  There aren't a lot.  I spent most of the time riding and had a lot of ground to cover.  It was a great couple of days.

Who has the original GZ and Lefty? Even if PZ isn't available to go with you to Europe, one of the other two versions should be.

The original is retired to Jerry's mantle, Lefty is in new Zealand or OZ. I'll reach out and see if I can get Lefty back.

PZ is being shipped to Bankerdanny tomorrow morning.  Hopefully he will have many fun adventures.  Greg is lucky I picked up PZ he would have had a hell of a time riding from Idaho to Chicago just so he didn't have to mail.... ;)

Would it have counted if I rode a couple of hundred miles to a post office to mail it? ;)

GZ v1.0, the legend, is smiling down on me. He is retired like me.

Mooshie, I'm assuming you are riding the Alps. Taking your bike or renting? I gotta follow that. May be on my list for next year as a full retirement present?

Renting a Honda (of course) and going with Edelweiss tours.  Austria to Switzerland to Italy back to Austria.  I cannot wait. I will be posting pics on my blog.  Wish I could ride Dash though.

Greg:  I loved your ride report.  It was fantastic meeting you.  Can't wait to take a ride together in 2017--plan on it.  You can meet Fun Jimmy in person (though he isn't really that much fun  ;)) as we are going to Oregon to meet up with some such or other fast ass riders...maybe Fat Matt wants to come?  He rides like that  ;D though his bike seems to always be shedding parts if I remember correctly from all the other relays...

Speaking of the other relays and Matt...........just ran across this picture from the first rally. Zilla is taking in the beauty of the Sierra Nevadas. Matt, Sean, & I are on highway 88 on our way to drop Zilla off to Greg in Fernley, Nv. I'm somewhere around there where we pulled off for Matt to reattach his throttle cable.
Wish I would have been ready......could have rode up to Redding. I just painted my engine 2 days ago and still have to put things back together. Doing the frame kit, pucks & paint ......oh and Elan's oil pump kit. There will be other rides.............. ;)
