You CAN NOT mount the pipe to the swingarm mate, the swingarm goes up and down about 2 inches either way, you'll end up ripping the studs out of the head or just wrecking the pipe, the pipe needs to be mounted to something solid that doesn't move like the frame or footpeg mount.....

If You can't fix it with a hammer, You've got an electrical problem.

Calm down guys.... it was a little mix up for a quick second, it was moved and all is well with in the world!! but thanks for the quick responses. ahahah
