What bike is this?

This happened at my town. When I heard the news, all I can think about was what kind of bike the attacker was riding. Surveillance video surfaced but I could not figure the bike out. Thought was maybe Moto Guzzi California 90? What do you guys think?

Either way, stuff like this making all bikers look bad.

If one of them had kicked the living chit out of the hairless ape, he would have been telling all of his friends later at the bar how violent immigrants are.
