Rear tire wheel questions

K0 with harley hub conversion.

Question 1. When removing my rear rubber, the entire sprocket came out. Normal?
Question 2: the stem doesn't look standard as it sort of pops out if the side of the rim. Anyone know what type of stem this would be called?

Question 3. Rim strip looks good and tires were holding air. What should I use to clean the rim and still preserve the strip? Windex?

Looks like a Honda hub with Harley rim.

The sprocket assembly just "shoves" into place. There is an o-ring on the inside though and that gets messed up easily so you'll want to check that out.

Yes.

Don't loose the bearing spacer that goes on the inside of the sprocket hub.
