Gettin ready to put the case halves together, find out that several o-rings aren't included in the Versah gasket kit.  >:(

Some do, some don't. Luckily most o-rings can be easily found at local hardware stores (just pay close attention to thickness)

Seems like every time I get the time and motivation to finish this rebuild I have to stop and wait on parts for another week.  :(

Yep, I hear ya. I restored mine from only frame/motor, trying to find all other parts. What helped me was doing a "dry run" mock up of as much as I could, so I could see what small parts I may need well before final assembly.

Fortunately it seems most o-rings and fasteners have size listings in the fiches. If you can get a reliable local source for small quantity fasteners and seals, it's a non-issue.

If you're ordering O rings, the viton versions are usually worth the small upcharge.

Most is right. One elusive O-ring that I can't lay my hands on is the big round plug in the bottom of the case, it's like a 3mm x 72mm (+/-)
Not on any fiche that I've found to date, no local suppliers have one and really don't want to try something that's "iffy".

I've never even pulled one of those out.  Never seemed worth the probably hassle, so long as they're not leaking.

Seeped just enough to leave 2-3 drops of oil on the floor per night. Considering having the thing welded in.
