74 550K brake caliper body interchangeable with the 75?

I need to replace mine, David Silver offers one for the 75 but not the 74. Anyone know if it will fit?

As far as I know there are two caliper sizes. The small caliper is on the 400's and smaller with a small rotor. The 500/550's get the small caliper and the big rotor and the 750's get the big caliper and rotor.

I decided just to replace the entire assembly, it's more important to me that the brakes function well than to keep the bike completely original.
