  In Michigan you can get a ticket for not getting over to an outside lane on a highway when passing a cop or emergency etc. vehicle. Guess the cop was pissed or having a bad day. He put others in danger that's for sure.

It's actually slowing down to 20 mph under the posted speed limit.
