  In Michigan you can get a ticket for not getting over to an outside lane on a highway when passing a cop or emergency etc. vehicle. Guess the cop was pissed or having a bad day. He put others in danger that's for sure.

Same in Texas or slowing down to 20 or 30 MPH if moving over is not possible. Still....what he did is total BS.

It's actually slowing down to 20 mph under the posted speed limit.
