"K134" is an Action Fours SS-1. 100% sure as we stated in the other thread, now deleted.
Here is a photo of mine mine that I still have the receipt for. The cam docs from Action Fours followed that cam when I bought it winter 1983-84. I scanned them. I have also an Action Fours square shaped sticker, still not used. You do not get the sticker with the cam?  ;D

It is interesting to see the base circle too, not only the lobe. Some cams look like the lift is not that high, but when measure them they have higher lift due to the lower base circle (opposite side of the lobe).

Cam sprocket with oval holes. Most of my cams or maybe all of them, bolted a little bit at the advanced direction. More to the right if seen from ign side.
IN 22/55, EX 56/24 @ 1mm lift.

Do not forget to lock the bolts when ready with timing. Remove bolt one by one, clean bolt and cam threads with acetone and use Loctite blue (medium strenghth) and tighten the bolt. I think 15-17Nm.
See photos with 2 of my cams. Both have similar position to the advanced position. Note! Both cams were not advanced in numbers, SS-1 could have been more advanced, like 1-2 degrees.
