The 74 CB550K0 Did NOT come in green. Has anyone out there ever seen a stock 74 CB550 in Freedom green metallic? If you have I would love to see it. I have a Honda add from 74 advertising the NEW CB550 and the CB750, and the only colors listed are orange and maroon for the 550.

I thought there were blue CB350Fs for a while as well, but it's just paint faded to a base coat.

nope.
Glory Blue Black, Matador Red, or (CBO - the fastest color) Candy Bacchus Olive...which was a yellow over blue paint process.
Sun fading might elicit a blue look.

Might sound stupid but would the blue Japanese version have different specs like parts and such?

The 350 Four is like a good friend, robust and reliable. Soichiro Honda himself considered it his best bike. Early '80s me and my girl did a six weeks trip through Belgium, France, Italy and Greece, totalling 10.000 km. The only problem she encountered - in blazing hot Peloponnesos - was a front brake that got stuck. It was easily freed by a helpful Greek tractor mechanic. Halfway we changed the oil. For the rest no maintenance. On the way back over Swiss and German Autobahns my friend was comfortable following me (on my CB500) at 130 km/h for hours on end.

Sounds like a fun trip!
I'm still kicking myself for selling mine :-\  Euro bars and new AM26's made that bike a better animal.
A dusty 9091miles when I bought it, just under 12,000 shiny miles when I sold it.

I've never seen one in the US but I've been tempted to do one up with the color scheme...

350F is my favorite bike as well, beautiful styling, and although they certainly aren't the fastest they are smooth as silk and fun to run through the gears.
