Topic: brake pipe/parts terminology.

Who here speaks fluent "brake plumbing-see?" 

I have a cb550k with dual OEM calipers and currently using a double banjo off the OEM brake switch to feed stainless lines to connected to OEM brake pipe and then into the calipers.  But I chose to move the calipers behind the fork legs (that's another discussion, please - trust me it's better), so now the setup is weird and kind of sticky-outy if you know what I mean.

So what is the terminology to describe the shaped male fitting (and size?) that needs to be on the end of a stainless line to fit directly to the caliper?  Maybe I could even figure out how to find an adapt (or perhaps it will require two) to go from the end of the stainless line I have that is now going in the feed side of the OEM pipe, remove the pip, and go straight to the caliper.

Are we talking bubble flare? Or...?

 if not using the banjo it would be an adaptor ..AN-3 to 12 mm x 1.25 i think. if you pull the nipple seat a shortened banjo may thread in, it will seal with the copper washers...good luck..

"Japanese Inverted Flare" is what's on the ends of the OEM hard line.
