Transmission Gear Lube Suggestions
« on: May 10, 2016, 06:12:13 AM »
Rebuilding by k6 and I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on gear lube. I'm not too familiar with this stuff and I know it comes in different weights. Any suggestions on what you guys use when you've rebuilt your transmissions? Just want to coat a nice glob of it on the trans so they operate smoothly on first start until the oil makes its way over to lubricate.

Thanks

For gears as well? I have Lucas Assembly lube. Think that would work?

Yes, all components.  Bottom and top end.
