From the looks of that pipe, its not salvageable except for cutting off the end and welding a new tip on. The others may also be far worse inside than you realize.
Its pretty limited in options for 2-1 pairs (I think thats what you meant with 4:2) so you could fabricate some of your own if the header portions of your pipes are still in good solid condition. If you weld to the original chromed sections, the chrome will damaged and stripping them and re-coating or re-chroming will be necessitated.
Some other options is the Delkevic header tied to Cone Engineering mufflers (for a 4:1) or cheap Mac 4:1 with a Cone. you'll have some light fabrication to handle with hanging the new tailpipe from a 4:1 onto your bike, but you should have little problems handling it.
