$300 for a second hand book ? There must be a chapter devoted to the location of the Holy Grail and the Nazi gold train.

The first one I bought was $39. Last year I wanted to get one for a friend and it was nearly impossible to find, eventually got it from www.MotorcycleClassics.com/store but I don't see it listed anymore. I like Cameron, it's a good read.

It appears that the first edition has been printed and until they print a second edition, $$$$.
Send the publishing company and author an email requesting a second edition to be printed. You never know.
