...or drill a small through hole and TIG it closed. Purpose of the "through hole" (in case someone asks...) is to capture the casting flaw and permanently close it, versus redirect it around the patch.

This bike, along with SohRon's are my all time favorites. And I'm not a stock guy  :) And extraordinary survivor and Ron's extraordinary restoration.

Nice job on the revival! I love my 75' it's one of my all time favorite bikes. It runs so nice and smooth!!

Yeah, smooth is definitely the first word that comes to mind about the CB400F. Silky smooth engine, smooth shifting, and ultra smooth handling, like it's on rails. I delivered it back to the owner and we went for a ride today. He's back in the saddle and a happy guy.

Bill, glad you have found and addressed the leaks. I am sure you and your friend will have some great times ahead. Do you still have your GB500s an other bikes?  You did some great work on this bike and it looks fantastic. The varnish blue looks great on these bikes, any Honda really.
