OK old school members...

Help me out here. Helping a neighbor organizing a yard sale as her Husband passed not long ago. I'm doing the garage and ran across this piece.

Any idea how old this might be? We're there connectors that attached to the bottom nubs? Cicra?

It appears to be a battery tester from the early 1900's for radios. One similar from 1920 doing a search.

Given the condition probably not worth much but a cool piece just the same.
