Since last November I have really gotten into listening to podcast, and was wondering if anyone else here is a fan of podcast?  Is so what do you listen to?

Can't wait to see what you guys say.  This should be interesting.

Negative, don't have any apple devices.  As a matter of fact I don't have a smartphone.  ;D

Wouldn't know what to do without Pandora though! Can't seem to find a good country station or oldies on the old FM radio anymore..

Interested to hear what kind of stuff is on podcast..  ???  ;)

You don't need an I-phone to listen to a podcast.  Many stream over the internet just like pandora.  Some allow you to download an MP3.  Can also download itunes if you have a Windows PC.

Podcast are rapidly replacing books for many busy people on the go, and they have podcast on many different topics.  Pretty much anything you can imagine.  I have been listening to alot of them to lean about online marketing as it is quicker and easier to listen to a podcast than read a book.  Can download to a phone, basic mp3 player and listen in the car or at the gym.  Most are setup like a talk radio show.

Interesting podcast on dealing with zoning and motorcycles.

It is an mp3 no special player required.

Regularly, several shows per week. Usually download mp3 to phone and listen on lunch or while driving the cage.

I listened to serial for a bit, it was pretty interesting. Can be one sided at times but still interesting and entertaining. The last season I listened to was about Beau Bergdhal

Serial is pretty good. This American Life is also fun to listen to while riding the stationary bike.

This one is my current favorite. I went to a live, non-recorded, performance last Saturday as part of the Chicago Improv Fest: https://hellofromthemagictavern.com/

It's very funny, loosly fantasy based, but its only superficial. It is full of puns and completely improvised. I recommend starting from the beginning

I have become a big fan of The Moth. I drive for Uber on most weekends and started listening on Saturday afternoons.

Check out Hardcore History by Dan Carlin.

Not the best historian,  but one of the better podcasts.

Joe Rogan Experience (http://podcasts.joerogan.net/)

Me too, I like his podcast and that it can last for over 3 hours. I don't find myself to be a big fan of Joe Rogan but he gets great guests and ask great questions. I like that he's interested in a lot of different things.

I don't, but I should instead of streaming morning shows.  Probably save me a lot of data every month.

Anybody know of any good blues music podcasts?  I searched for one a few years back and couldn't find anything.

I also do not have a cellphone, but wonder if there is a way to download podcasts on something else and listen to them in my wife's 2007 Honda Fit?
If I had a cellphone I would lose $, as,
IF my boss calls to cancel a soccer game while I am on the road and manages to contact me 1 hour before game start, I don't get paid. :-)
