Instant Email Notification

I have my "instant email notifications of PM"s" enabled, but I'm getting the "instant" notification 5 days late. How do we fix that?

Dunno.  There is always a delay, but I've never had one that long.

I thought this was fixed?  Didn't hosting move to amazon s3 which is faster and more responsive.  Thought I saw a thread about email here somewhere.

type email site:sohc4.net into google and see what it pulls up.
