Wow I sure learned a lot. Thank you for everyone's help on this. So the problem is solved.
The issue was bad wiring. There was a bad connection where the yellow wire from the coil connected to the dyna s ignition wire in the wire harness. Pulled out all wires and started looking and found the bullet connectors were slightly pulled apart. Out of all the things I thought this would be, it happened to be a basically a loose wire. Bike fires up now and just took it for a ride. Still need to change the head gasket but I'll wait till winter. Make a checklist and follow it from easiest fix to hardest and never assume anything is working properly. I ignored the wire because I did not think it would be that. Check all connections when it comes to wiring and exam them. Thanks again everyone sorry I postponed the wire check suggestion
