Annoying newbie.
« on: June 06, 2016, 01:39:43 AM »
Hi, I consider myself to be an annoying newbie in so far as I have a CB550"P" (Police) and therefore don't fit in most places. I hate people who have "the only one" or something special as often they harp on about it endlessly.Well sadly thats me and I'm here to see if anyone can make me feel less special by telling me they have one as well.
Just to add insult to injury I'm a bloody "Kiwi" too.
My other bikes are, a CB360P, and 3 Yamaha XJ750P's. Yes a bit of a theme going on. I also have a Mk3 Cortina GT just to throw you a bit.
Great forums and I hope to decipher what year my bike is amongst other things. I'm off to search your gallery and posts to learn more. Regards Dave.

I really hate to do this and reply something not related to the post but I'm having trouble posting, I write the post and submit and nothing happens, also I tried to pm a moderator but it says I cant access their profile to pm them and I see no other way of contacting anyone so now I don't know what else to do so I'm just trying to reply to something to see if that works

I for one would love to see some photos of your "P" bikes. I've never seen a CB360P before. :)

I will take some pictures for you later this week. The 360P was in a hedge for about 15years and it took a man with a chainsaw to get it out. I have since stripped it down and am rebuilding. Have a few pics of before here. One of me on one of my Yamaha XJ750P's.

Nice Yamaha!

Neat 360 too! I've seen worse bikes brought back.
