Topic: 1976 750 F Clutch Issues

Just bought a beautiful 1976 750 F Super sport that is completely original down to the paint and exhaust. Bike runs great but clutch refuses to release, no matter what I try. I have pushed to get rolling and then started the bike, tried on and off the throttle hard with clutch lever pulled and going to a higher gear and really pulling down on the engine, nothing has worked. The previous owner tells me that it was fine last fall. I find it hard to believe that in one winter it has frozen up this badly! Suggestions, not a great mechanic.

If the cork plates are original, they probably are needing replacement.  It really is quite simple.

Have never seen clutch plates stuck together hard enough that actually riding the bike and putting the clutch under a heavy load wouldn't free them up? Wondering if I have other issues. Where can I buy a clutch tool/

Yeah...you can put the bike in gear and get a few friends to push. 
I did that with my K8 and it broke loose, but so did the cork pads from their plates.

I have pushed the bike to get it rolling and then started in, rode it for about 3 miles running every stop sign at low speed because the clutch would not break loose. Have never had a clutch stick so hard it would not break loose under a heavy load.

 Usually they break free pretty quickly when the engine is started and good warm oil circulates, never had one as bad as yours. In the meantime while you decide your next course of action tie the clutch handle back to the handlebar to keep the pressure on full time. Trying warming the engine good again with it tied back also.
